The client / customer is solely
responsible for providing the correct billing and shipping
address to ensure proper processing of all orders and timely
delivery. In the event that an incorrect shipping address
is provided, the carrier (FedEx, UPS) may charge a fee to
research the correct address for delivery. In such a case,
the client / customer agrees to reimburse Colloidal Silver Shoppe
for this additional fee.

The third is a preprinted form strictly for the purchase

by fax. Simply print the order form of your choice from
the Order By Mail category above along with the easy-to-use
Fax Form.
After completing the order form and attaching a signed
check marked 'VOID' to the Fax Form, you will be prepared
to submit your order via fax. Simply fax these forms to

calculate the fee for shipping your order. In the event

No additional shipping charges
are assessed for the products shipped in the United States,
unless otherwise indicated. International orders will incur
additional charges for shipping according to weight. Once
you have selected the items you wish to purchase, your total
shipping fees should be calculated by the shopping cart automatically.
Simply choose your shipping preference and the amount necessary

will ship orders throughout the world and continental United
States using FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service
