To place a Credit Card by Fax
order you will need to follow these directions:

Please click here to open the Fax
Form for Credit Cards and print the form by clicking
on "File" in the upper left toolbar of your
browser and scrolling down to the "Print" command
and click "Print". Follow computer directions
for printing.

Please fill out the Fax Form including the
items you wish to order.

Finally, fax the Fax Form to our eFax
#: (305) 723-2783. That's it! Your order will processed
and filled in a timely manner.
Note: All credit card orders
placed by fax or phone (not online) will be processed by PaySystems.com,
Inc. and will not automatically result in an email confirmation
of the order since all such orders will be processed manually.
